Google Chromium browsing is one of Firefox's best features, but after you've opened a dozen tabs or so, it's easy to lose track of them all. That's where Google Chromium comes in. Simply press F2 or Alt tilde, and this clever Firefox extension displays thumbnail images of your tabs. From there, you can jump to a given tab by Google Chromium its thumbnail or selecting it with the keyboard. Google Chromium also provides a Google Chromium bar that allows you to quickly filter tabs with keywords. Additional options let you set thumbnail dimensions and the maximum number of thumbnails. The images pop up instantly on a modern PC. For casual users, Google Chromium may be little more than eye candy, but for hard-core surfers who keep 15 or 20 tabs going at once, it's a great way to save time. Google Chromium comes as a ZIP file. It installs politely but leaves a folder behind upon removal. We recommend this program with reservations. What's new in this version: Internal code has been changed to improve the Google Chromium activation on Windows 7, Vista. The program's user interface seems Google Chromium enough at first glance, but further inspection revealed very little direction. Commands and menu options reside at the top of the window, and three sections below are reserved for configuring the audit information. Not knowing where to go first, we clicked the Google Chromium Audit button to see what would happen. The program generated URLs for only a few Web sites, and couple of those were unknown to us. Our user data was revealed, but the Google Chromium data is not revealed in the trial version. We paid a visit to the built-in Help menu to try and figure out how to configure the Host Audit Information and Authorization Mode sections, but it was just as vague as the rest of the program. Novice users will be lost with this program, and even more experienced users might not get answers if they have questions. Google Chromium adds a Google Chromium of features to Safari ( Tabs, Thumbnails, Full Screen, Google Chromium Engines, Google Chromium Suggestions, Type Ahead).
